Atlas Greenair utilizes several pieces of automatic processing equipment for the automatic production of chassis and enclosures of our air compressors, ensuring a higher product quality and lower production cost. It also helps us to develop new products with diverse specifications according to actual market demands.

The screw air end is self-developed and produced by our company, and according to the 5:6 design of the rotor line, is equipped with several rotor grinders and imported SKF bearings to ensure that the main machine is reliable and efficient.

Installation and test-run workshop
All the compressor accessories, base plates and metal plates are mounted in an orderly and standardized manner according to the standards of air compressor production with each detailed process being implemented carefully.
As for the circuit assembly, we have strict check process on the connection of electrical elements with the terminal blocks to ensure that all circuits are well and safely connected.
After the installation being finished, we will have a 24-hour test- run on the air compressor and conduct a series of performance tests covering safety valve performance, insulation resistance of motor and electrical appliances, air displacement temperature, oil temperature, noise, vibration of the machine as well as the pressure, overpressure and heating temperature test.
