Description
Atlas Greenair's GM+ series compressor combines the two stage compressor air end and permanent magnet variable frequency motor, which ensures a higher efficiency and longer life expectancy of the equipment, as well as saves energy during operation. It is widely used in machine manufacturing and processing industries, construction sites and other locations.
Characteristics
Two stage compressor air end
This two stage compressor lowers the compression ratio compared with a single air compressor, reduces air leakage, bearing load and ensures a longer life service and volumetric efficiency of the air end. With our optimization, bearings have a life span of over 150,000 hours, and low noise, low vibration, safe and reliable operation is ensured.
Permanent magnet variable frequency motor
Atlas Greenair's permanent magnet motor uses a motor with the temperature rise lower than 60K, ensuring the compressor has a longer life. The motor is made from rare earth permanent magnet material, which requires a low current due to its high magnetic strength and load torque during motor start up and operation. The combined use of this motor and permanent magnet rotor achieves soft-start and electricity saving of up to 50%, with the motor's efficiency up to 10%-15% when compared with an asynchronous motor with the same specifications, thus avoiding a powerful mechanical impact on the compressor under the motor's full pressure start and ensuring a longer service life.
Intelligent control system
Atlas Greenair's GM series intelligent control system is able to conduct remote control through computer interface and achieve simultaneous control for multiple compressors.
Split type
The air end and motor is connected separately, which is easier for installation, dismantlement and maintenance..
Backward curved centrifugal fan
An optional backward curved centrifugal fan uses an impeller to increase air flow. In addition, during the operation the centrifugal fan features no friction, low noise, no dust and easy maintenance.
